Our top-notch team is made up of board-certified emergency room physicians and a registered nurse. We also¬†collaborate with our patient’s primary care physician or mental health professional to optimize treatment and ensure continuity of care.

Patients will be directly supervised and observed by a board-certifed emergency room physician and a registared nurse.

Meet Our Team

Amanda Roth, MBA, BSN, RN.

Director of Clinical Operations

Amanda graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her BSN in Nursing. She went on to complete her MBA in Health Care Management in 2018.

She has 15 years of experience in the health care field and has worked in the emergency department and critical care. She is currently the Director of Clinical Operations at Physicians Urgent Care and works closely with all of the Ketamine Infusion Therapy patients from beginning to end.

Jason Rubino, DO.

Dr. Rubino received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Prior to residency, Dr. Rubino served five years active duty in the U.S. Navy where he served as a Senior Flight Surgeon and Medical Department Head for a Carrier Air Wing and deployed aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Dr. Rubino moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2013.  He is an attending Emergency Physician at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine.

Jeffrey St. Amant, MD.

Dr. St. Amant received his medical degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Medicine.

Dr. St. Amant worked as a firefighter for the city of Auburn from 1996 -2001 and joined the U.S. Air Force prior to medical school in 2002. He served four years on active duty. He is currently still a Major in the Air Force Reserves.

Dr. St. Amant moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2013. He is an attending Emergency Physician at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine.

David Whetstone, MD.

Dr. Whetstone received his medical degree from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina.

Dr. Whetstone moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2008. He is a board-certified emergency physician at St. Thomas Rutherford where he serves as Vice Chair of the emergency room.

 

Nabil Boutros, MD.

Dr. Boutros received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School.

From 1997 to 2004, Dr. Boutros served active duty in the U.S. Air Force as Medical Director, Chief of Emergency Services and Section Chief of Critical Care Aeromedical Transport. He achieved the rank of Major.

Dr. Boutros moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2007. He is currently a board-certified emergency physician at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and is an Associate Professor of emergency medicine for the University of Tennessee Emergency Medicine Residency program.

Stephen Anderson, MD.

Dr. Anderson is a native of Brentwood. He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine.

Dr. Anderson is a board-certified emergency physician at St. Thomas Midtown.

Brady Allen, MD.

Dr. Allen received his medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.

Dr. Allen moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2007. He is a board-certifed emergency physician at St. Thomas Rutherford. He is the current Chief of Medicine at St. Thomas Rutherford.
